Her performance was really bad,I talked to her and asked her to improve,if not I have no choice but to terminate her soon.She went back to the room and packed her bag then asked my daughter to asked me when can she go?I said you can go anytime but you need to give me a resignation letter.She said I'm the one who said I'll termination her so she refuse to write me the letter and asked me to pay her extra one month salary.I called the agent to talked to her,can't help so I had to called the police and we went to the agency together.Now she is gone,still owned me hk1000.POOR ME.She said to me we'll see each other in the labour dept!
