我無預備check list 給工人架。。因爲我媽媽會看住，所以無think過播！點寫架。。甘有特發事見又點啊！

One of my fd's maid is really like that! Only "watch" the bb!
My maid told me, she treat the kid only OK! She love to talk talk talk with the fds all the time (in the park) .
She hand the bb & seldom let her walk, the bb know how to walk when she is 16-17 mos!

My fd treat her good as she work upto 9:00+p.m. , the maid is not request to cook coz she want her "Watch" the bb. She hire a Chinese part-timer to do the housework but I heard my maid said this girl (maid) still complain the sir look her down (it's true coz the sir is affordable)!

1 month notice (3320) + 遺散費 (3320 x 2/3 x 2.25 yrs = 4980) + oneway airticket for 1st contract (1200) + roundtrip airticket for 2nd contract (2400) + traffic allowance ($100 per day to her home town...)
already more than 12000 lu

then, I need to pay her outstanding annual leave 7+7+ (8x3/12) = 16 days = 1776 ..

plus I need to pay agency fee for new maid..

grand total : 16000

Why the agents fee is so expensive? Hire in Hk?

我的 check list 係 mention工人每天所做的家務, 仲係中英對照, 方便婆婆識睇, 而我放工都會睇吓工人有沒有做, 如沒有我會話她, 但係工人又會話忻忻今天好痴身, 諸多直口, 沒有時間做, 最低閒度比工人會知到我會check, 咁她唔會咁偷懶

no, she has not yet back home. Supposed she has to leave in April when the contract was finished. She requested to leave in July instead of April. That's why this is her first trip back home after 2 yrs service

Agency fee is ok lar... my first time was 38xx

Oh I c! I gave her that one is what she should do but not a daily sch. I am lazy to do the follow up too!

I seldom話她 coz I scared to see people's "long face", it really made me upset too!

So poor as a employer...still need to keep on checking after a whole day work outside! :-(
I wish they will know we are also very tiring with those kind of things!
