Did you try any IUI/IVF after your 宮外孕 in 07' and before your ivf earlier this year? Being your current age, the general pregnancy rate (a positive bingo test only, live birth not guaranteed) is already at <10% only. I do not personally recommend you to go through yet another ivf, especially if you are not very well-off financially.
However, if you are financially ok, emotionally well-prepared, and you know you will regret if you don't give yourself "one last chance", you may consider one more ivf. In such case, you should not worry about 腹腔鏡, 子宮內膜異位, 輸卵管積水等問題 because all these investigations take too much of your time. See if the doctor will accept you in the IVF private queue and sign up as soon as you can. I hope you will do much better and let me know here, so around that time, we can do some "preparation" to avoid "what-might-have-gone-wrong" last time.

I have just finished an FET on 29 Mar and today is the pregnancy test which is failed. And the doctor requests me to take the below medicine until I see my menstrual cycle starts.
1. Estrofem 2mg, 1 tablet each time and 4 times a day
2. Utrogestan 100mg cap (for vagina), 2 caps each time and 3 times a day
Since this is a failed cycle and I want to start a new IVF right away. My new doctor asks me to do the blood testing on FSH (Follicle Stimulating Hormone) + Estradial which must be done on Day 2 or 3 of mentrual period.
My question is whether the medicines I am now taking will affect the result of the two hormones blood test? I am supposed to take the medicines until the menstrual cycle start.

Do you mean that you are going to have a different doctor to take care of your new ivf cycle?
If so, tell your new doctor about the estrofem and utrogestan. These medication may affect your Day2/3 hormones of the coming cycle; however, the new doctor may still let you take them, or stop and simply wait for your period. It is the best to tell your doubts and concerns with your new doctor.

Do you know how many fertilized eggs this time? LH of 0.5 was a little on the low side, but it's ok. Depending on what stimulation protocol and hormonal injections were used, LH could be low indeed. Whether the egg quality is affected or not, implantation will not be affected by LH.
I looked back at your last cycle (thanks to BK that this is the only function I appreciate so far), was "e生話卵子全部都係黑心" referring to last cycle or this cycle? Are you using Bravelle+Menopur this time?

1) I am very sorry to hear about your case. Usually, the embryo will be "released" naturally; if not, taking medicine is needed. Operation is rare, but it needs to be done if the embryo doesn't come out. These all sound a little frightening, but you will need to return to your ivf doctor for follow-up visits; so, trust his/her judgement. Are you seeing 2 ivf doctors at the same time, or your ivf doctor + another doctor not of ivf?
2) You will at least wait for a normal menstrual cycle to come. I know you may think you are tight with time, but just 1 or 2 months to allow yourself to recover is more important than anything else.
3) Yes; but by saying yes, I mean you probably have a better chance than women of similar age also trying ivf. Bear in mind that the general success chance (a positive hcg test) for women>40 yrs old is ~10%, and live birth rate is even lower.
I don't mean to discourage you, but let's not think too much ahead yet. It's a little too much for you having to deal with the current miscarriage and at the same time having to plan for another ivf. When you are all good with a normal period, think again and see if you still want to proceed.
Given the improved results, that's really good news!
Although 8mm sounds marginal, it is still ok. Make sure you continue 塞葯 and do it on time; if you have a job, try not to give yourself too much stress at work. I guess you may sit or lay down if you feel tired. If the embryo(s) are competent, they will implant. They are tougher than you think.
As for 胚胎方面的陰影, I really have no idea. Perhaps a picture may help, but if an embryo is no good, it won't implant or do anything. And you said you have one embryo of grade 1, and all 3 embryos had 4 cells? Take these as good signs.

1) Implantation time varies a little among women, but the general implantation window is usually from day5 to day8. In other words, it does not matter too much what stage or day you have your ET; your endometrium should also be in synchrony (at similar pace to suit the embryo stage). Simply count the embryo day until day 5 to day 8, this time frame is about right. Some references quote the implantation window goes up to day 12, although I hardly see any that implant so late.
2) I personally don't, because I do not believe in last-minute remedy. I think acupuncture, if it is going to be effective, should be done as a course of treatment; unlike in its present format where the woman only gets it before and after ET. However, it is my view that if you believe in it, do it; in many cases, it's your mind and your belief that do the "miracle", not the acupuncture.
3) I am not convinced by any food that can help implantation. On the other hand, avoid heavy, greasy, or sporadic eatings. Especially during the implantation window, and should date back to when you have your eggs retrieved, begin a healthy and balanced eating habit (if you are not already on it). This will avoid many odd conditions such as having a diarrhea or constipation and you get all sick and worry. Afterall, you need a "nice" internal environment to nurture the transferred embryo(s).

I am glad you are very positive and can trust your doctor. I think taking medicine is the "quickest" way to release the embryo; and the medicine will not remain in your system to affect subsequent pregnancy chance or fetal health, in case that is what you once worried about.
Although you seem to be very prepared to start another ivf, there will still be at least 1-2 months to give time for the embryo release and then another normal period to return. In the mean time, take good care of yourself.

It's nice to have someone talk to. I'm 39 and had miscrrige 2 yrs ago. Then, tried to have a baby natually but seem did't work this time. I had my 1 st iui last month... not working. Doc suggest i can have iui again. That is my another half sperm report " volume = 1, total motility=28, rapid=8 ,morphology=6" . I will have iui next month. Due to my age, should i have ivf or another iui if i fail this time ? ivf & icsi which is better for me?
