don't worry... we're not pushing you or not count down how many classes you've done! just keep it like a habits!

Today someone asked me why I do the yoga.. I said I love yoga, the 1st reason is because the Challenging! the 2nd reason.... I think I may take a course in future but not within 1 year!

you will take course too? i think you are super, you have your career, your warm family with sweet hubby and lovely daughter, and also your hobbies - yoga... later you will continue your study! what else can a woman ask for? rabbit you own them all!

Hey... my career not long term ga... secretary.. I can't do the same post till age 55! haha.. too old!

still considering about yoga course... but at this moment I think I'm not ready for it.. cos not good in meditation! but will work hard! my hubby said I'm getting crazy!!!

at this moment, just want to learn more.. not for an instructor. That's not easy to find a subject I feel interesting... before that... I feel boring if I take courses like accounts, co sec....but now I've a target lu! see what I can do la..

How about you? I guess you're young! still have lot of times to do what you want/like!

i found yoga is very interesting too. by the time when im doing the postures, i was so painful that im afraid i will give up yoga after the class. but after the class, after the strectching, i am filled with joy! that is why i attend the classes again and again... the feeling is kinda weird huh... anyway i want to keep yoga as my habit, as my love. i will come up more to this peer group to feel the pressure, haha.

yes you are the kind of woman that every woman want to be. treasure everything in your hands and make yourself and your loved ones happy! happy is all we want to get in our lifetime! you are holding it, don't let them go :lol:
