I just learned that you play piano as I was reading the previous messages. My daughter turned 7 in Dec. She's interested in learning violin but it's hard to find a instructor close to where we live. I kept asking her to see if she's interested in piano. She refuses me everytime I ask her. Pls give me your professional opinion. Is it better to learn piano first? Piano is very very common, almost every Chinese kid that I know are learning it. My idea is to let my daughter picks whatever she's interested in learning.

you just need to rest the day you finish the test, don't life heavy stuff, bedrest more...2nd day you can just be normal as usual....but i took a day off for the second day, my husband didn't allow me to work ar....i think your OB will tell about this...and my amnio test result came out good, i was so relieved ^_^
also, i'm going to deliver at beth israel too....for my first time, i went to downtown hospital, and i don't worry that i can't get there on time, because u can feel the pain and have enough time to inform your OB...last time my pain lasted 1 nite and then i went to OB and my OB said wait till my pain is more frequent, then i waited for 12 hrs, and went to hospital at midnite ar, and bb came out the other morning....i even had time to pack up and shower at home...
if you are really afraid that you can't get to hospital on time, you can choose queens hospital, flushing have many OB...i heard queens hospital is not bad too, after i chose beth israel

Hello. I also saw Dr. Wan when I had Sai Sai. He is ok but I wish he could spend more time on my visits lor. (There were so many many patients at that time but I heard the situation is better now.) Anyway, you don’t have to worry about the hospital stuffs. The nurse in Dr. Wan office will give you a form to fill for the hospital. You only need to bring the copy of that form when you go for the delivery. Besides, there will be a 1 day class held on Dr. Wan office for the first time mommy. At the end, they will let you know which day for the hospital tour. Remember to estimate how much time to take from your place to the Beth Israel. Anyway, hope this help. Good Luck!

the thing is that there are still lots of patients seeing dr. wan. it takes me at least 2 hours to wait and then seeing him for less than 5 minutes. he didn't say much, so i have to ask and ask. during my last visit, he didn't schedule my amino test until i asked him about that ... maybe my blood test results are good, so he thinks i don't need the test? but i just reach 35 ... i dunno??!!
so how's your delivery? natural or c-section? was he skillful? this is my first pregnany and so nervous about everything.
