Anyway,nurse話開始時煲稀粥,d料就先試瓜同菜類(淋身d既瓜如節瓜,冬瓜,老黃瓜,菜就緊係d多d葉易消化既如菠菜,莧菜,幼身菜心,紅蘿蔔,遲d先可以試肉類(食魚先,後其先食其他喎)!
我都唔識煲架,但後尾響隔離食譜度請教過其他bk媽咪,又響果處偷過下橋,咁我就學人先用瓜+瘦肉+蜜棗煲左湯先,然後再用d湯黎煲粥,d湯有時我都會比兩安左右比我b飲,咁果d瓜我咪當瓜容咁比bb食囉! So far, 我b好like 呀!哪!講明先呀,我都係識少少,扮下代表架咋!
