我知中種係抽70% of 主面團的主要成份 (not all), 仙姐嗰個同charles ho 個ng 同, 仙姐個淨係flour, yeast, milk powder and salt, charles ho 個我最ng like 佢要egg (egg 用唔哂) & milk. 其實可以溫下書 work out 條 formula 出來嘅,不過我懶,用佢地d recipes 整中種&面團,自己再加減改良,尤其是餡同造型,都幾好玩!
