ANS: 不需要Letter of Support，只需僱主ID copy，工人ID & passport copy即可。

可否代工人去入境事務署，因唔想俾入息証明佢，有咩文件要預備？

ANS: 可以，文件都好多架，詳情去入境處網頁睇。

hihi...有以下問題想請教:

工人於 Apr 14 離港放 annual leave, 本來係 schedule Apr 27 要回港, 但佢 26th Apr (Sat) 朝早先話因為 traffic problem 佢冇船由家鄉 to Manila 搭飛機, so she cannot come back on Apr 27, 仲想叫我幫佢改 ticket, 但當日佢走時我問佢, 話我訂呢隻係 14 days ticket, so the last day is Apr 28, 我問過 CX, 佢地話唔可以 extend, even pay 都唔得, 要 void, 即係要自己再買過 ticket back to HK. 因此, 工人就乘機放更耐既 annual leave (佢 serve me for 5.x years 了, 係有足夠 annual leave cover 的), 依家我都仲未知佢想幾時返...我亦因為仲有一個工人, 所以我都冇問題.

亦因為咁....我同老公商量過.....反正我地都最後想要一個工人而已, 咁既話...所以佢依家返唔返我都冇所謂了...因此..我想問...

1) 我可唔可以索性叫佢唔好返黎, 我隔空 call her and said 我 terminate her contract 呢...? 我係會根據法例俾番哂佢既 pay + long service payment + unused leave 佢的...係咁的話, 可唔可以咁 terminate 法...?

2) If yes, 手續係點呢...可否教教我..e.g. 點俾錢佢..?? 點 confirm all $$$ settled...免得大家 argue in future??

3) 佢之前走時係同我借左d 錢的, and she signed a 借據 about this, 咁 if (1) 係可行, 我可唔可以扣番哂佢欠我既, 我先俾剩餘既錢佢, 定係一定要一筆還一筆呢...??

4) 仲有, if (1) 係得, 咁佢依家 at my home 既個人物品可以點處理...佢有親戚響附近打工, 得既話可以叫佢地黎執, 我亦可以代執 send 番哂比佢, 但....我就認為, 若只為執野特登佢又返黎再走好似好麻煩...亦費事一陣佢返黎又唔知搞乜....(以防萬一) 咁我係唔係可以代佢處理佢既野呢...??

NO minimum requirement for house size, but must have a room for the maid or sharing a room with others also can.

Dear Rose,

If I give money for my maid to buy internal air ticket at Jakarta airport from Jakarta to Semarang, do you know how much HK dollar should I pay ? Thanks!

I need to pick up the maid myself (my direct hiring agent package does not include this service). Is the employer held responsible for the transportation fees from the airport to my home?

3rd question:
I understand that she has to apply her HKID card within 30 days upon her arrival at HK. Can I ask her to do the application and collection when she is on her weekly rest day?

ANS:錢可以T/T俾佢，錢公司收據可證明佢已收錢。但佢返HK仍可claim你，為免麻煩最好等佢返黎先炒。

ANS: If you will give her weekday off, you can let her rest on next Wednesday or Thursday. If not, you also can be on pro-rata basis=i.e. give her only half day off to settle it.

2nd question:

ANS: Yes, according to the contract you need to pay her HK$100 for the travelling allowance during arrival or departure.

3rd question:
I understand that she has to apply her HKID card within 30 days upon her arrival at HK. Can I ask her to do the application and collection when she is on her weekly rest day?

ANS: NO, apply ID is 公事 not 私事, you should let her go during her working day and with pay.

One day if your boss ask you to go to USA for a business trip, then you need to process USA visa you will agree with use your own holiday to work out or should be done during office hour? Be fair to each other...
