你果隻退燒藥係4定6小時一次架, 夠鐘就探熱, 有燒就要餵藥, 就算訓左都要起身做架, 如果佢肯飲水就慢慢比水佢飲啦...

如果你間4hrs 先泵得半安, 不如間耐 d 先泵, 一炮過, 因為我之前都係咁, 間4hrs 得1-2安, 但係間6hrs 可以有 5-6安, 我覺得咁樣仲 efficiency ...

I am off on that day, so anytime to gather is also convenient to me. I normally feed Yinyin/pump milk before 10 so I prefer to arrive home at 10.
