Clay2008, Nillie,

I have been using H2O+ for a long time already and it's a USA brand. The most popular Face Oasis is 1.7oz for $34 which can be used for a few months. I usually buy a 3-step set with 2 other items at $38, totally worth as the normal size of Face Oasis is already $$34. I also use Philosophy which is very good. The face cream calls A Hope in a Jar (4oz for $60) and the facial wash names Purity (8oz for $20). They are not cheap but I only need a small portion for each day. Therefore, even though it's expensive, I can use it for a long time.

I'm not an agent

but just love to share my favorite products with the others.

my skin crack badly and those 雀斑, made me feel sad since I bought the local cosmetic.
End up, when I chatted with my co-worker, they told me that they ordered the cosmetic from sasa.com, then I ordered the item I get used to use in HK and Australia..
SKII sigh treatment did that right job for my skin.. so, I just stick with it, although, it is very expensive, $90+ 1 jar, but it last for 3 months.. as just a bean side can cover whole face and neck..
I need to go on TV and newspaper on and off, so I need to make sure, I am "ready" at all time.

你地好! 我本身係3月時已經拎左綠咭,但7月尾就返左香港! 都會留係香港居住,因岩岩同老公註冊,唔想分開! 咁我係咪要每半年返去美國一次架? 我返香港前冇申請到回美證,因為話如果申請過回美證,到入籍時會比較麻煩!另外我爸爸已經入左籍,佢係咪可以幫我報埋稅? 定係我自己要另外填一份報稅表,報overseas tax? 多謝解答!

It depends on you want to get your naturalization on time, or you wanna stay with your husband.. which is more important for your current situation. Immigration officers are very smart, and you can fool them.. so you better to make up your mind.
You better apply for the I-131 so, even you stay more than 1 year overseas, you won't get into any trouble.
Sure, that may be one of the risk to delay your naturalization as you did not show that you are honour to US government.
If you want to do your naturalization on time, you can not leave US more than 5 months 29 days, that is as you said, you must return every 6months. and you still need to live here for that 3 years as per the requirement from the day you receive green card. so you need to plan for that.
You are an individual, and your father is another individual, sure you will need to submit your own tax return paperwork. You can go online to government website and down load it.
For general, deadline will be April 15 every year, and overseas worker may have another day which allow you to have more time to submit it. You need to ask your boss to sign your the document (paper work you can get from website as well). Submit them together.
To file your tax every year (at least the last 3 years before you submit your N400). will be a good proove.. (and you sure need to come back and show your honor as well).
Also, you can submit the I-130 online for your husband.

請問: 我於去年到SF land, then 回香港工作, 每年再回美一次, 上月我在香港生仔, 想問小朋友應在香港, 還是在美國申請綠卡呢? 又需否擔保呢?

you can do it online as the website I gave out in hk. that is government direct website from US immigration office.
Just remember to keep your status valid, if you can't, your child will get into trouble as well and your child need to return to US every year as well to keep green card status.
to become citizen, you sure know that you are not qualify right now as you leave US more than 5 months 29 days. So, you need to re-entry and stay for the whole period again, the length will depend on what kind of reason you got your greencard.
You also need to file your tax in US as you are working in HK as well.
Friendly reminder: File tax is not equal to pay tax. if your annual salary less than USD$80,000.. you don't need to pay US tax.

HI...It's me again...currently I'd been back to HK together with my MUM but I have one question which I think you can help, as recently my MUM was having / receiving some "allowance" from US government (few hundred dollars a month but I don't know what's the name of it), so is there any limitation about her leave from US ?? As she's quite worry about it, so your earliest advise will be much appreciated.

Anyway, wish you & your family have a Merry X'mas & Happy New Year in 2010 !!

I am not sure what kind of welfare or benefit your mom gets now. Which state your mom gets that from? If she's having low income subsidy or SSI or rent supplement, there may be a chance that her benefit would be deducted later. I know some cases that the elderly went back to HK and the government deducted the ticket fare when he had the annual review. Also, most of the case, the social worker would recommend not to leave US more than 1 month to avoid discontinuation of welfare. Most of the people I know would leave right after the date in the month they receive the benefit and come back before they receive the next month's benefit. How long your mom plans to stay in HK? Recently, the federal or state governments are cutting budget and a lot of benefits have been reduced or cut.

如冇意外, 你媽媽係攞緊白咭+SSI 生活補助+ food stamp (等於公援), 如rose-mag 所講一樣, 出境多過1個月, 醫療白咭會被凍結, 佢要喺返嚟後從新入紙一次, 至會activate 返佢啲公援金. 如果離開太耐, 叫你媽咪記得配好药至走, 返嚟又要攪幾個禮拜至攞返白咭, 開頭會冇得配藥同睇醫生.. 如果佢有長期病, 遠行可免就則免喇... 除非有紅籃咭Part A + B, otherwise 好麻煩

Dear Rose / Nillie,

Thanks a lot for both of your kind comments, my MUM was stated in NY and she'd back to HKG almost a month, now she's planning to China by tomorrow and back to HK on/about Mid of JAN, if so, I will discuss with her and fix the date back to US asap in order to avoid any problem with her benefits.

Anyway, she'd well prepare about her medicine before she leave US, thanks for your kind concern, thanks!

無需要催伯母返嚟, 反正巳almost 1個月, 尤得佢玩開心啲. 只係返到NY, 落地第二日就通知我... 幫佢check 佢medicaid 有冇凍結咗, otherwise, 佢如果怕disclose personal information, 佢只要去一去MD office, 叫櫃枱小姐 check 一check 亦可
once found out it is frozen.. then, just go to medicaid office and ask them to activate it. It takes 4-6weeks, sometime will be sooner. if over 6 weeks, need to call medicaid office again.

我親戚女兒來美國讀書,已留學生身份來,往在我家.
問一下問題,銀行户口己開,但是否要辨身份証明 ID.或是社會號碼工卡.留學生有什麼要辨.謝

I have asked the BK mom whom has relative came with the same situation.

there are some more suggestion you may follow.
1. go to school /college and ask what else of the immunization need to be completed before school starts, as the immunization in hk is different from US.
2. if she is in College, try to help her to get the working permit. that will help a lot.
3. if she got enough point, take her to get the driver license.
4. find a peds/PMD.
5. address of yourself, and the proof of guadianceship..

if you need extra helps, let us know.. we will try to find the answer for you.
