HMM,

The daddies were responsible for chasing after the kids, not much time to be bored. eg Nicoletaka, Kv's daddy.
Carlychung was also playing with her prince, until he took a nap, then she joined us to chat.
LSW's hubby looked after their son too I think. Anyway the kids and the daddies disappeared (either into air-con or the field), and we had time to chat.

OH, really, yes, he always use the foot to high kick, but not thinking of attack someone, just always like this. When his father is here, he always easy to cry ka. he think his father will help him (出頭), but he father sedlom do as he thought.

Your son is 2-5.

He is good at observation bor. HAHA, thought he is not joining /playing. Ask him to learn the writing well and he can be a good reporter/writer.

Yes ah, he loves to tell me that the others are naughty, bullies, .....,, but not him. Esp when he does something wrong and don't want me to

him. Tries to lead my attention away from his naughtiness.

He also played in the playroom, said he "dived" into the mattress woh, I think he sprained his ankle a little bit, complained that it was painful (a little) when he walked, then said it was OK.
I just told him to be more careful and not get hurt.
No eye see when I am not around and when I have company to chat.

We enjoyed the gathering so much yesterday... my girl wanted to stay and play with your boys for longer time but unforunately we have a dinner appointment at 7. However, on the way back to home, I found her hand is quite hot when holding it, when we arrived home, I found both of her hands, feet are hotter and hotter and she had fever as high as 102.8 c. After taking the pandol, her temperature lowered and raised again at midnight. This morning, I have brought her to consult the doctor....need to take 3 days of antibotics :-( we have cancelled our trip. Anyway, look forward to our next gathering and Thanks TTM for the BBQ arrangements.

Seems so many kids getting sick recently... Kv also has some cough and running nose since last night....

As he need to take LTEfC exam tmr, so I won't let him take medicine tmr morning to avoid affecting performance.

Get well soon, and we fix a date and you can play with the boys (and hopefully some girls too) again.

Thanks for all buddies especially for TTM (to be the temp Chef for us), we enjoyed yesterday's gathering much. This time we can chit-chat freely and left the kids running and playing.

Thanks Kitty & Bluestar. My girl still have the fever between 101 and 102 all through the day & night even after taking panadol every 4 hours and antibotics every 6 hours. I may call the doctor this morning and see if any addition of medicine is necessary.

What I bought from the YMT fruit market yesterday :

1 box of 2 Malaysian water melons : $70/box + $5 for the box
(brand = "成"字on the box. The shopkeeper said this brand is the best tasting, sweetest, w/o seeds water melon from Malaysia woh.)

1 box of 3 Hami melons (grown in Hainan Island) : either $45 or $80/box (?forgot) + $5 for the box

1 box of L-size Philipino mangose : $130/box of ~38 mangoes, + $5 for the box
(brand = 金利來。The shopkeeper said, this brand of mangoes are grown on the higher land, not on lower ground, and tastes better cos the land is not so wet ==> would dilute the taste woh.)

1 box of Sunkist oranges (#4012) : $280/box of 72
(quite juicy-looking and heavy. Will drink orange juice everyday for ~1.5 weeks !!)

$40 for taxi fare back home

Piglet already finished half a water melon yesterday !

The mango shopkeeper said the XL-size mangoes are not sold everyday. Also I asked him whether I can call to check whether there are XL-mangoes then reserve a few boxes for me if there is and he said yes.

If you want to, can plan to check this Sat morning (my short week) and go buy if there are XL size woh.

Last time (2 weeks ago) I went to buy from the same shopkeeper, it was $175/box of 32 XL mangoes, + $5 for the box.
But there were only 4-5 boxes of XL mangoes. The rest were mostly M-size only, quite small.
Also, the exact px may vary ga. So $175/box is NOT fixed px. And it so happens that the box = 32 mangoes. Range may be 31 - 34 per box ga. And you can choose, whether you want them to be more raw (green skin) or ripe (yellow skin).

I usually buy mangoes from that shopkeeper, becos by the time I get to the fruit market, all the other shops selling mangoes are closed / nobody / no L or XL size mangoes.

So I check this Sat whether he has XL mangoes, how much per box, how many boxes he has, and call you (mobile) ? Around how many boxes do you think you want ?

And anything else other than mangoes ?

Water melons are highly recommended !!!
If you have food mixer at home, ==> iced water melon juice !

For the Mango, i only need one box max. (30+ pcs). Actually is more than i need la or you can share with me for 1 box.

I also want Watermelon if it is nice/sweet bor. My son likes this very very much. if it is two pcs per box, i can buy one box by my own since Watermelon can hold longer.

Need to go in the morning. Latest ~11pm, otherwise even the ones I buy from, which close late, will have closed.

You are right - water melons can keep, so can buy ga.
This brand is vvvvv nice : I smell water melon when piglet is eating it. V juicy, not 粉，(I hate to eat the type of core that is very 粉), v sweet, and few / tiny seeds only.

No worry for mangoes woh.
For the 38 I bought yesterday, I gave 5 to piano teacher, 2 x 2 to TKD friends, and 2 to Sifu. So only 27 left for 3 adults + 1 piglet. Even piglet eats 1 per day ga.

(Leung Sifu is also wai-sik since he finished 1 kg of BBQ pork/beef within 1 week !)
And I am sure our buddies would love to share.

So you only want XL size mangoes, or will buy either XL or L size ?

And raw or ripe ? (I suggest raw, can keep for longer altho you must wait for it to ripe.)

The fruit I bought yesterday should last us 2 weeks.

i don't like the watermelon has many seed, so trouble ma when we eat it).

Any good cherry you saw?
at the market, it is very expensive e.g. $40/lb

but i likes it.

especially those is big/sweet/hard one.

Don't know why I was so engaged these days, seems time is always not enough! Besides, it's just difficult to open pages here in BK, often got stack (->frastrated me)

Jun was so excited that day. Slept at 12:30 but woke up at 3:30

当然又晤知自己扭mud计啦，finally slept again at 7am the next morning
