Hi all, I am Anita's Husband> Anita give birth at 9/1/2004 9:33am. Baby weight 6lb5oz. Here are some photos :

My wife inside the give birth room. It is about 6:49am. The pain is not so tough so she still can give me a smile when I take photo.

The photo was taken at 8:48am. She is suffering heavy pain and ready to give birth.

This photo was taken after at 9:35am, 2 mins after the baby come out from her mother.

Family photo. I am very tire coz I just slept about 1 hrs before I go to hospital.

This is the first close hug between my wife and the baby, my wife was too happy and cry. 6:34pm.

During the give birth process, my wife was too tired to give force to push the baby out thus Doctor need to use a vaccum suction pump topump the baby out. A big red mark was made on the baby's head. The doctor said it is normal and the mark will fade out as she grow up.

It is the happiest date for me.

bb飲奶時都唔會想訓嗎? 定係因為之後換片又精神番?!我都盡量先幫佢換片, 因為bb飲奶都會飲到想訓, 如果之後我先幫佢換片佢又眼仔碌碌o架啦 :-(

bb飲奶時都會想瞓的. 有時換片先後都係一樣. 有時佢係好眼瞓, 一放落床仔就喊, 一抱就唔嘈! 有時抱佢瞓, 都要抱好耐先可以放落床. 有時都唔得...! 佢好多時都會"莊"吓你係咪抱住佢, 一陣又"莊"吓, 佢好無安全感同好細膽...總之我地成日都無覺好瞓啦! 我都唔肉係坐緊月嘅!!!

我同bb著左和尚袍, 冷衫, 再加件長袍仔(有腳仔的), 平時就用絲棉被, 夜晚就用多個包被袋. 好似我同bb著得最多喎! :-P

我bb現在開始食多左好多, 食人奶, 食30分鐘, 1個多鐘頭就要再吃, 有時剛剛食完一邊, 放低又要食另外一邊. 唔知係唔係我唔夠奶呢?

搗到我無得休息, 又怕bb食得唔夠. 唔知點好?

佢會唔會抱慣左呀?有冇試過放佢同你一張床訓?日抖有時我都放佢o係我側邊同我一齊訓o架。我bb都好鐘意"莊莊下",不過或者佢太眼訓啦, 有時莊唔到有人都照訓, 有時會莊唔到人而變得眼光光, 我就俾佢自己"睇風景"啦, 等佢喊先算^^

我諗bb佢比奶奶抱慣左, 好多時bb喊佢都忍唔住走去抱佢...

今日放佢瞓我張床, 一次ok, 一次唔得...

你bb都可以自己玩...我阿b基本上係唔肯, 就算佢瞓係床仔時同佢傾計都唔肯..要抱!!! 睇怕改唔到...

我bb都成日喊抱, 我已經試過唔理佢架喇, 但係佢都仲係咁喊, 有時見到佢喊到成頭汗又唔捨得唔理佢, 唔知係唔係扭計, 但係d書又話bb咁細個唔識扭計喎, 真係唔知佢想點...... :-(

我都驚BB會被抱慣, 所以都等佢喊耐D先抱佢(但老爺就成日抱佢)。人地話要由佢喊唔理佢先改到唔會常常要人抱, 其實點忍心丫?!見佢喊到聲都拆晒好心痛 :-(

今朝唔知係唔係涼左呢, BB又扭計, 明明訓著, 唔到15分鐘又醒。後尾俾佢同我一齊訓, 結果訓到"水人"咁, 成頭大汗不過好好訓咁= = 而家又訓過鐘啦。

I breastfeeding my baby as well. My baby was born on Dec 5, so he is 10 days older than your baby.

I also have a tough time breastfeed my baby. I was frustrated as well, but I joined the program in the hosiptal I delivered. I can phone them to ask the questions in office hours also the baby can visit the doctor for regular check up for the first 3 years.
So I think it is quite good.

The doctor told me to keep the pattern to breastfeed 8 times in one day. I can keep the pattern after I visit him. and that mean keep the breastfeeding time in 45 minutes including wind the baby. So I think you have to calculate on your own.
That mean if you feed the baby start on 10 am , then you feed the baby for 45 minutes , then you feed him or her again in 1 p.m. Also for the second months, the doctor told me to keep the pattern for 6-7 times in one day. But sometimes it is hard as well.

So If any Dec mom breastfeeing, share your feeling and experience as well. Because I feel tired as well, it seems this 37 days like I feel I pass 3-4 years long.

我開始時阿b都係3個鐘食一次, 但係這個星期開始佢好似無停咁, 2個鐘已經好好, 有時係一個鐘就哭啦! 我唔知係我唔夠比bb食定係有咩問題, 我這幾天已經心灰意冷, 開始比左小小奶粉比佢食, 但係佢又唔係好食, 我都唔知點好.

我都覺得自己個樣老左好多, 再係咁真係唔得!

I am still using my breast-milk to nurse my baby, but i have given up direct breast-feeding as I got the same problem with Karen: I don't know how much milk my baby has been nursed and not sure if she is full even breast-fed for an hour long, also, the nipples pain made me crazy and cried, making me want to give up breast-feeding! But I know breast-milk is the best for baby, especially for immune system as breast-milk contains essential anitbodies. Therefore, now I pump out the milk 3 times a day by Avent Manual pump to feed my BB. I usually pump 4-5oz each time so I know my BB will be full by that. and I found that I am less tired and sick as direct breast-feeding.

My BB already 被抱慣!!! everyday from 12pm to 8pm we take turns to hug her then she can sleep in our hands, otherwise, she cries super loudly!!
