宿舍做社公??? What is it? Is it a government organisation?
My husband is also a social worker working in Boy Home, the department would offer quarter for the worker, but my husband did not apply for it as he needs to stand-by even off from office.
Further the location is not good, as we have to consider the primary school for our kids.

my husband also work in housing authority, but he is contract staff in finance department, and ot every night till 8pm, and bring the document to home continue to work till 2am.
