yeah, talking about the pillow - I had bought so many before.. those from "wing On" saying they have the magnetic.. neck shape... they are fine at the begining, but after few months - or a year.. the shape got changed and no long good for my neck/shoulder...

so really no clue..

it is always so difficult to decide what course for the kids to take...drawing, piano, ballet...but these are so girlie... how about the boys...
I remembered in those days where we were young, the only after school activity is girl guide, boy scott and that's it....or just playing in the park within the community where we lived...
life is much easier and more fun..

harry ma.. yes agree la. I remembered I lived in those low cost housing (with toilet outsides) we used to gather group of people to take shower together... to go downstairs for the hide and seek la... so much fun..
nowadays most children keep indoor and never go outside to play - afraid of kidnapping.. how sad.

by the way -may I ask what is the 'egg white power" where to buy? what is the brand and proper name of it... wish to try la..

as my shower and neck ache so much today.

我覺得時代進步, 人卻在退步。物質雖豐富,心靈卻空虛，以前的單純，熱誠真摰現在好像慢慢消失了。
蛋白質粉(protein)是在Amway買的，時常肌肉酸痛除了缺乏運動外，同維他命不足都有關係。好多有痛症的人都因補充維他命而痊癒。我自己都食緊好幾種。

harry ma, Yes, I knew Amway and I used to buy things over there... but somehow I am not in HK.. so could not help much.. unless I knew where is the outlet shop in Toronto. :-P

what's your plan for the weekend? bring the kids out or need to do the course revision with them and prepare for the exams... :-(

doggie, 我寄出message之後才想起你不是住在香港的。Amway在好多國家都有購物中心，你最喜歡用那些產品呢？
我只給個仔學鋼琴和素描. 但都安排在weekday. 唔想佢星期一至七都要咁忙。我個仔平時好活躍, 冇時停, 又多說話，但奇怪佢就唔鐘意去街，出到街冇耐就話要返屋企。早二日話同佢去睇Shrek2, 佢都話唔好，話假期應該留在家休息喎。

wow, same as my 2 nieces.. Both of them do not want to go out, not even to the park.. just stay home for the computer games, ICQ...etc
That's the things we did not want. so when I was in HK, keep dragging them out at least down to the garden platform to play for an hour.. or to the Library or so.
my elder niece is FAT, and we try to give her some exerise but she just hate it.. not sure what else I could help to make her loose some weight. You know I tease her as Fatty :-P , and she call me back Fatiest :-P

my son also rather stay at home to play games, toys, in fact of matter, he only plays by himself, but he seems used to it .

Hello everybody - busy these days, Mon & Wed at 630pm soccer game for my son, Tue gym lesson for my daughter. All scheludes on these 3 days are all mess up, my son will have his dinner before 5, and then my daughter, drive them to soccer field and back at 745pm, both take shower & then at 9 go to bed. My son doesn't like to learn piano, he wants to learn drum, and i said OK, when you are older.

Summer is coming, have to get information & register him in summer camp. He doesn't like to stay at home
