Some reference about when babies can produce the following sound (from the book, “How Babies Talk”):
p, m, h, n, w, b sounds: during first two years
r, l sounds: don’t sound adult-like until children are between 3 and 6
k, g, d, t sounds: between 2 and 4
f, y sounds: between 2.5 and 4
ch, sh, z, j and v sounds: somewhere between 3.5 and 8
