my crazy new boss very dissatify with us for not staying late at night (after ot 1 hour already). she said for new recruit, she must be flexible for ot!
many of the colleagues have family and children, she only look for those who commit "ot no problem!"
i once refer my friend for the recruitment, she ask if she can ot. my friend said no problem up for 1 hour a day, during closing, she can even ot longer (accounts dept). but my boss reject because my friend fix the ot time!
She is really crazy, maybe she's still single (and ugly!)
