if my maid resigned, but actually I wanted to fire her. but she resigned first.
i needed to wait for the new maid, now I fired her 3 days before her last day ( on her resignation letter).
shall i just tell the immigration reason of leaving is 'Resign'
of course, i am not happy with her, otherwise i won't find a maid before she resigns,
but I wanted to wait for the immigration refer no. before i gave her the termination letter, but she gave me one before me.
she used to work for a korean family but for one month only..now she resigned when she got her 1st month salary from. her atitude is really bad..always answer back, and ignore me.
完全同意樓主嘅做法。大家合作d就可以杜絕低質素工人嘅欺詐行為。入境處覆左我亦強調佢地批working visa時會參考前僱主提供嘅資料。千其吾好抄佢地時大過心急。入境處接受back date request。我十一月五日郵寄backdate番十月三十日工人走佬last day都ok。我覺得張black list request連解僱信一齊寄去入境處會好d。吾好俾佢地有機會害其他人。
