Hi! I had delivery my babies in 1 july at PWH la! They both ok and the body weight are 1.92kg and 1.87kg . Although I realy don't want them come in such early weeks (35 1/7). Now they need stay in nursery to monitor because they need to learn how to eat and wait the body increase to 2.25kg. Hope that everything will be ok la!:-P

唔緊要喇, as long as 佢2個都ok.. 係咪..?
有冇plan 住餵人奶.. immune 會好啲.. 初乳營養好好呢!
Amanda 當時都有 NG feeding tube, 又入過 NICU 嘅cardiac unit, 咪又生生猛猛.. 老虎打C 10隻..
你要好好咁坐月呀! as你已响應 boe tie曾有3個B...
今次坐月好重要呢..
C-section 定順產呀??
BB出院後要post 相上嚟呀!

. Now I try to breast feed so far the milk production ok la, I can make nearly 9 oz-10oz a day

, not much enough for them( they need 16 0z a day) but I'm satisfy ka la! Sometimes they need tube feeding but when I visit i will use the bottle to feed them, yestarday they start to jaundice , I'm a little bit worry about as their brother have same expirence of it! Because of ABO incompetency, that's make brother need stay in nnicu nearly half month.
This time I try NSD because I think the recovery will be better, and the position is also ok! At first every body think their body wewight are only 3- 3.5 pounds, so I request them don't make the epi.-wound, they said it's ok but at last the sister is 1.91kg, the head is as big as they think ! At that time I request may be epi. wound is better but the midwives and the doctor say is ok ! So I try my best but itis very diffcult and pain( I use the epi-dural but it is not insitu).

。唉提起breast feed就激死。當年我想俾阿囡
品嚐，點知衰豬不知幾嫌棄

，俾佢埋身時塊面仲左擰右擰

，終於餓咗2日都要俾bottle feed，後來唯有pump出嚟俾佢食，但每日只pump到4安到:-(

Natural birth 好好多.. recover 快好多..
Gabriel 6 months 喇, 仲係complete BF, 希望餵到at least 1歲... till he wean off.
咁你未到EDD就生.. HA 仲俾唔俾10 weeks maternity leave 你架???-( 有冇得攞 no pay leave 好似澳洲& 美國咁??

我都好似你咁.. 但做咗 child care worker 之後, 都係鐘意Nurse 多啲, 咪去讀nursing 囉.
之後越來越鐘意.. 咪去澳洲讀個學位.. 而家我仲修緊專科..

I believe that the studies in child care (from Lee Wai Lee TI) actually helps me a lot..
I was the 1st honor when I graduated from nursing school that year. so you are child care worker??

killer_whale,
If you planned to do more breast feeding, a friendly reminder .. don't eat too much ginger, babies are more likely to have ezcema.

請教各位護士媽咪：

我女今年11歲，本身有氣管敏感（長期覆診），
近日腸胃唔舒服，已睇醫生，但差不多食咩都即刻痾。

而我主要想問問，呢兩日佢塊面好紅，
成個關公咁，久久唔退（即使靜坐半小時），
到底佢係血壓高定咩事？
洗唔洗同佢睇中醫？
