我都有諗過呢個問題,上週六問過攪手,佢話2-4應該冇咁熱,唔緊要啦,帶多D水比小朋友飲,如果太熱我地先再轉地方或早點走啦.現在話轉地方,可能幾麻煩,或者週六上堂前再傾傾.

But I just wonder why I heard pregnant mama taking Propolis due to severe 鼻敏感, very effective. Sorry, I lost my read research article. Anyway, be safe！:D

今個星期開始, 胃口開始好o左, 份量食多o左大半份倒 la, 不過對比起上胎遲o左起步. 同埋 ...... 今胎比較懶, 我仲未開始食旦 & ...... 飲奶 (事關我真係好抗拒奶類飲品, 有時聞倒都想嘔). 後日會去私家覆診, 到時再話俾大家知情況.

It is not a MUST to drink milk. You can try soy bean milk if you dislike the taste of milk.

I just bring Ryan go out, it really like to get inside of an oven.

but it is onyee's nap time just b4 the class. i don't want to wake her up cos she will be in bad temper if doesn't have enough sleep. next time, will try our best to be on time

about hainan, we stayed in the hotel for the WHOLE time. didn't go out for any sight-seeing or shopping cos it was very very hot. we swam everyday, ate a lot everyday and sleep a lot everyday... yes, just like pigs :lol :lol onyee loved swimming very much, sorry, should be "playing water" cos she doesn't know how to swim yet:loveliness:

since i had not been out of the hotel, i can't really tell u if hainan is nice or not. all i know is the airport has no air-con (extremely hot) and the lobby of our hotel (hiltan) has no air-con even though it is a 5-star hotel. but the service, hotel rooms, restaurants, food, swimming pool and beach are very nice.

maybe u can try the newest hotel in hainan - kempinski. it has a private beach. i guess if u go there near autumn time, it would be nice to go to nearby sight-seeing spots.

i will try to squeeze time to upload some photos for sharing. but now, need to continue working:-( :-( :-(
