其實最緊要睇自已預算. 資金充足, 又係market price 既可以入貨.
個個都想買最平既樓. 但有時可遇不可求. 有資金的話, 又係自住當長線投資的話其實而家入貨都可以. 你唔係炒家的話, 點都住番三五七年先放. 到 ...
