


Vitamin E-400 (fat soluble, 最好餐後食,如果早餐食好少,可以午餐或晚餐食)
Omega 3 - 6 - 9, (餐後食,早午晚均可)

晚 (睡前)
Super Collagen+C (產品建議空肚食,所以我會臨睡前食)
Ester-C, (water soluble,唔適合如油份多食物一齊食。網上資料建議多數話早上食,但因為維他命c對骨膠原既製造吸收好重要,所以我係臨睡前同collagen一齊食)
Calcium & Magnesium, (有助放鬆,幫助睡眠;m前就轉早上與PMS Control一齊食,因為有助舒緩經前綜合症PMS)
