1. helper work for 6 months suddenly run away during her day off (agent said not their problem)
2. mental problem helper, can't cook do house work and take care of 1 child (agent said their job is to refer, once helper start then their duty is done)
3. when agent introduce this helper, said was finish contract and good in taking care new born, but found out from the helper she has never take care of new born before, and was terminate by previous employer (agent responded "so what", it's very common)
4. agent said this one is excellent, 6 years experience in HK, no need to train. Of course, another one just keep talk on the phone day and night, even phone ring at 3-4am, sms 24hrs a day, not wake up even bb cry long time but can set alarm wake up all of us 5am everyday (she pray god), super dirty, etc (agent totally avoid)
