加油呀! Hope your baby will gain more weight day by day. Every pre-matured baby have their own health and development problems, but I am sure when they grow older and older, they will become stronger and stronger.
When my baby was in icu, like all other moms, I had to prepare breast milk and delivered to icu everyday. I know how you feel - you may think since you cannot take care of baby at home, you want to do everything that you are able to do for baby. Talk, sing and touch your baby more whenever you visit your baby, they feel and know it!
During the breast milk feeding period, I did not have much milk too, when I told with the nursers, I was so anxious and cried in front of them. They told me to think of baby in my mind or stick baby's photo on the wall and looked at the photos whenever I pump milk to stimulate the volume. Mentenally, it helped. You may try. My boy only have 3 months breast milk coz" I have to go back to work after the mat leave. My boy was feed by the pre-mat formula milk and he still not eat a lot in his age now. Though my boy is nearly 2.5 years old, he is quite skinny and short among his classmates and always cough (just visited doctors 3 times). I think his resperatory system is comparative weak (with the lungs and throat tubes in icu).
I agreed with you. I worked hard and wanted to achieve performance in my career but I am a full time mom now (noone could ever guess) but I enjoyed it every much coz' I could fully take care my boy and won't miss anything of him. Although it is such an exhausted job! I know it is very hard to make the decision but whenever you have make it, we will support your decision!

Hello. I hope you are feeling better now. How is your baby now? Just to share a bit of my own experience. My baby was born at week 27 and weighed less than yours because he couldn't get much of nutrition from me when he was in my womb. So anyway, he stayed in NICU for 85 days. The first time we met the paediatrician, he said to us that this is going to be a long-term battle. I guess parents in this forum well understand what this means. We've had a lot of ups and downs, and even now we still have our worries.
But believe me premature babies are very robust and they fight. Things will become better.
I don't know if you believe in God. I am a Christian and I see this as God's mission for me, a pretty tough one. But at the same time, I see and feel things differently - however small the things that my baby does, it's a blessing.
So, just stay positive and be strong. It's going to be really tough when the baby first comes home. Save up some energy and prepare for the long fight.
As for the breast milk, just do your best. Even a little bit of it could help your baby to fight against infection. 100ml per day could give him a good degree of protection.
