黃埔花園就舊d，但方便d(食嘢/買嘢/交通)，租金約$15-20/呎

海逸就新d，間格好d又有會所，細單位(<800呎)租金約$18-23/呎大單位就$20-30/呎都有

如果想搵大單位(~2千呎)，可以考慮海名軒，$20-30/呎 - 方便過海逸

另外仲有半島豪庭，租金約$18-23/呎，近火車站，同海逸一樣，間格好d又有會所，不過要睇座向，向北o個d間屋凍到傻

黃埔區係幾好住架

since promoted to be a nurse manager, I don't have that much time on BK la.. very busy, pick up and drop off Amanda & Gabriel, made my life crazy every day!

I am doing ok.. busy at work and home as well as no maid** and working full time.. all chore are waiting for me to finish.. very exhaust everyday.

Amanda .. still naughty and happy every day at the government gifted school.. having fun.. (glad that she does not think about to set up the bomb in the classroom yet.. but soon will be..

)

Gabriel.. speech delay, and see all specialist, they insist us to keep him in special school for more work.. so, let's see.. beside the speech therapy, what we can do for this little guy!! The professors for the development.. said that his cognitive status is just like Amanda.. but he really have a problem to say it out.. well...

they said that his brain has the "short cut".. so he doesn't know how to say something from what he is thinking.. well..

I don't know..

今日Aidan 又叫我地同佢去Disneyland搭火車, 近來忙到weekend都做嘢, 連去香港Disneyland搭火車都唔得.

雅景台我都有睇過, 好清靜, 環境好好, 間格又好, 不過冇直接lift, 仲有係好貴.
最近我睇咗創福苑, 樓齡新d, 間格幾好, 不過都係貴, 仲有係前會會起樓, 遲d個view會差好多.
現時我地都係睇住先, 出年年中租約到期一定會加租, 到時又睇吓Aidan讀邊間學校, 先決定住邊區好.

好耐冇見你上嚟BK 呀, working mom, 有兩個小朋友, 又沒有家傭, 一定忙到死啦. 仲有升咗職就更辛苦啦.

Don't worry too much about Gabriel.
有個朋友個仔2歲幾時都係話有speech delay, 要 take speech therapy 一段時間, 後來開始返學, 3歲時就catch up到, 只係起步慢了一點.
