We are worry that if a Garnishee order is really served against us (the employer), we would be forced to pay her full salary (plus potentially the long service payment) to the lender. Under such situation, it is difficult to predict how our maid might react. Would she really work as normal if she are not going to get any further payment? Have you ever heard of any case that the lender really apply for a Garnishee order against the employer?

My friend install video camera in everycorner of her house, even the maid's room and bathroom. (The maid is not sharing room with anyone). I just wonder is it violate to the law cause it is something related to "privacy"?
Since the employers are lawyers, the maid dare not voice out this issue...especially video camera in the bathroom. Can she seek for help?
