hi mama, how's everyone doing?

my son has been doing really good. he got sick and had the high temp every month before. it was crazy. it's what i missed, we forgot to wash his hands after we went out. be sure u guys wash their hands often enuf, cos u know the germs are everywhere. and they babies like to put EVERYTHING into their mouth.

there are sth we can't do, like it's inevitable to get sick once in awhile. not too bad though cos they will get immuned right? just focus on what we can do. wash our hands, drink a lot of fluid, munch healthy and nutritious food, and exercise!!

btw, i ordered the badger sunscreen and received today. they are quick!!

the one i got from shoppers earlier, it's ok on my baby's body, but not for his face. he's got some rashes already. =(
hope they will go after time.

The G+G 101 looks good too!! But there are not too many reviews for this stroller...at this moment this brand is for Canada only. I may go check it out. I think these kind of light weigt strollers cannot afford to carry the big diaper bag. According to the Quinny's website, they don't suggest the user to hook a heavy bag at the back of the Zapp...which will make the stroller unstable and lose balance.

tchu, did you turn on the a/c already? Did you change the filter? And change it every 2/3 months?

If Aiden is coughing with no reason (no other symptoms beside coughing), you can ask ask your doctor if he is allegic to pollen/dust/pet...etc. This is the pollening season, some people are very sensitive to small particles.

It's just a reminder. I hope Aiden is all well!!

Ya, wash hands is a must!! Germs are everywhere!! If I have no where to wash hands with Oscar, I am now using Pampers Clean n Go wipes to clean his hands and toys which can kill germs (it states on the cover). No matter how strong or mild they are...it just makes me more comfortable. Hehe!!

去咗Dear Born睇架GUGU 101，比Zapp闊啲，但係fold埋冇Zapp咁細部，有得recline，推落就冇架Zapp咁smooth，架Zapp真係一隻手指都推得郁，試過擺Graco car seat上去，係就咁晾住喺前面條bar度，冇得lock，有啲覺得唔穩陣。

都係諗住買嚟travel用，所以摺得細啲會好啲，應該會選擇架Zapp，架Zapp仲有travel bag ＆ rain cover比埋，係比Oscar嘅，所以冇recline都應該okay。

About stroller: mine is a Peg Perego and cost around $160 from Canabee last year when they were on sale, weight only around 10lbs. it fit well with my peg perego car seat, which you might see it last time in the gathering lar. and now the car seat being returned to the friend and Nathan start sitting on the stroller itself lar. I found it nice and easy to push around and cheap which can be used for car seat as well as now till he is around 3-4 years old, its reclinable too .. since is small and compact, can fit in those small chinese "cha chan ting" (tea restaurant) too.

Tchu mama: ahbocat is right, maybe aiden is having a very sensitive nose and throat, my family doctor said is better avoid those carpet, plants indoor and should make better.

regarding to going outside to eat, I am trying to look for a compact foldable booster for Nathan, and I found one in Dear Born .. cost $80 http://www.dearbornbaby.com/prod ... at=58&page=1... anyway would know other places have the same product cheaper ar??? or other alternative product nei? cause Nathan is an active guy .. he moves too much and which I want to get him something with a 3 points/ 5 points harness.

我有朋友都買咗CAM Smarty，佢話okay啦，係方便攜帶，綁straps裝喺凳度都好穩陣，就咁擺喺餐廳卡位就有少少唔穩。媽咪就好鍾意，但係爸爸就嫌貴咗啲，爸爸鍾意Fisher Price嗰張，哈哈哈！

可以FOLD FLAT 真係唔錯WOR!!! 我都有張fisher price. 平平地又幾好用, 可以用到兩歲幾三歲.

而家D bb野愈出愈多款, 又practical! 真係殺我地家長d wallet....

Haven't go BK for a while since we are out of town... Today, Alex got a fever 38.8 C but without other symptoms.... He is restless and tried. Dr just said he may be having hand, foot, mouth disease ( But I questioned about this diagnosis... The temp did not go down after 2 dose of over-the-counter medicine.... A bit worry....

吓？手足口病嘅病徵唔係除咗發燒之外，個咀周圍／面珠出疹，口腔會有黏膜紅疹，小朋友唔想食嘢，手同腳都會出疹咩？Alex有冇呀？佢淨係發燒？

發燒通常都會tired，唔係好想玩，或者玩一陣就想瞓，唔駛太擔心。如果佢面青唇白，冇乜反應就帶佢再睇醫生，如果佢面紅紅仲識玩就唔駛太驚。一路monitor住Alex同keep住定時比退燒藥佢食，通常3/5日會好，比多啲水佢飲，敷凍凍地嘅濕毛巾喺forehead會舒服啲。

如果係病毒性感染（通常係感冒），遲一兩日可能會有鼻水／咳。亦都有可能係出"玫瑰疹"，發三五日燒之後個身會有紅疹，係好普遍，唔駛驚。如果Alex都差不多打哂vaccine，應該唔會出痲疹／水痘。啲尿尿片片有冇黃咗？啲味有冇臭咗？因為泌尿道炎都會發燒。哩啲都係幼兒發燒最普遍嘅原因，Oscar三樣都試過（病毒感染，玫瑰疹，尿道炎），真係有得震冇得瞓！

唔好太擔心（雖然好難），如果燒得勁就即去ER！希望Alex仔快啲好返啦！

Thanks ahbocat for all those info about bb fever ... sounds so expert!!!! I guess all mama will become an expert after their kid got sick!!

I was wonder about the CAM smarty was not availabe with strap tim .. now heard you said there is a strap .. then i can think think to get one lar . but $80 ... I guess i have to work harder and ask grandma to subcidise some cost lar!! hahahaa

good point!

and it could be the ear infection too. my niece had high temp for couple days two weeks ago, and it didn't go after taking the tylenol. keep monitor ur baby, drink lots of fluid to keep him hydrated. if the fever went over 103F persistently, go to ER just to play safe.

Yup, we have turned on the A/C, and baba also change the filter regularly. We will monitor Aiden's progress, hope it will over soon!
