She's fed by FM at night (Smart baby 1 by Snow Brand) and BF at all other time.
I brought her to the "health centre" for registration yesterday. The nurse there was very nice and I have a long discssion with her on how to feed the baby, very helpful ar.
BTW, any mix feeding mother here, i.e, bf and fm. I bf my bb at day and feed her by fm once at midnight (in order to take more rest ma, as she stayed calm for long after taking fm). As very first beginning I fed her 3 oz. but I found that she still want more ar, so 3.5 oz law. Last night after 3.5 oz., she still asked for more ar, so I bf her law. Will it be too much if I give her 4 oz. tonight? any opinion.
now my bb is 17 days, and I feed her every night 3.5 oz ga. But tonight I will try 4 oz as I find that she still want afer 3.5 oz.
I have consult nuse from the hosiptal. She claimed that by bottle feeding, at least 0.5 oz. should be left in order to reduce bb sucking air. So she suggest me to add 1 oz by 1 oz if find the bb not enough. This's the habit in Hosiptal. i.e. prepared 3oz milk, if the bb finish any only 0.5oz left then they'll prepare 4oz for next time.
The nurse also claimed that for first month baby, the volumn taken each time can be varied from 4-8 oz ga. However according to the consultant of "wyeth", she claimed that not more than 4oz each time wo. I think the volumn should be determined by our bb law.
Btw, why u feed ur bb by S-26, suggested by doctor or ur own choice. The consultant of "wyeth" just call me and give some promotion of S-26, I still think whether to change the FM brand ar. BB now is fed by "snow brand", any opinion.

我都有用(only when I’m not able to bf baby) Weyth’s S26 #1, 不過只係因為無聽過any bad feedback from other mama, 同埋係老”brand”, 加上我買時有”new member” promotion, 買細送大同被仔都係$80咋!! 師奶仔貪小便宜!!
I fed my bb at 1:30 am by 4-5 oz of fm each night. And then she would wake up by 7 law. However, I got another problem ar.........
I found that my bb fall into right after bf her. However, she would be wake if fed by bottle. So even I finished feed her by 2am each night, but I can't sleep till 3am. Poor!!!
I think I will keep on feed by bb by "snow brand" as I saw quite a lot of bad comment from other bk-mother about S-26. But, if u find ok, then keep on la.
