u think I'm 勢利 ? no la...

15 yrs ago I came here to study, I use up all my mum & Dad's money and end up didn't finished degree...

it feel so free that time coz no one watching me, it's very expensive that time to study here...high school fees and broading school fees...then I didn't get very well result to go into Uni.. so I went to Swinburne...

later u know Uni life is much more free and relax than high school...and I only concertrated at involving those club actitivites...putting all study behind...end up didn't finished degree....my parents were so disappointed....

but later when I grow up a bit...I notice I need to earn money for living so I have to study something...and I like children very much so I went to study children service...and I also working at real estate as admin at that time..my boss said is good to get an license too which later will be easy to do things..so I took the agent representative course too...

honestly If I have a degree my life will change a lot...I will go back HK to work and stay with my family coz I'm the only child at home....and I won't be marry early and have kids too...but on the other hand...I also satisfy my life now...

is so good to hear my daughter call me mami...and sometimes come give me a hug and kiss me .....it feels good too....

BABY Expo at Melb exhibition center

hi all sisters....

this Friday start 3 days....Baby Expo...at Melb Exhitbition Center...(opposite Crown casino) ...$16 per adults...kids under 14 free...

anyone interest to go?

if u have kids at childcare center they will give u a voucher..which is free 1 adult...so is worth to go, u may only need to pay parking fee $5 at casino...and walk over la...

the show have latest innovations, display...expert advice on health...gaovenment departments...and also live show DOROTHY THE DINOSAUR...11 am & 1 pm daily....

so FRi: 10am-4pm
Sat and Sun: 10am-5pm

lots of showbag and samples too.....

I'm going on Friday around 12:30pm...

If anyone need the voucher let me know I can go my daughter's childcare center to get some more..so everyone free....cheers

我嚟咗MEL都成十年啦,初頭都係過嚟讀書,讀完個Degree後就申請ＰＲ，但個時咁啱９１１世貿時件，移民局send信嚟話要等一年先有消息，咁我老公想係MEL做工，所以我咪再讀Master,係讀緊Master途中，移民局send信嚟話得咗，咁我知道可以申請Postgraduate Education Loan Scheme讀書，咁我咪讀埋去囉，完成咗後，諗住出嚟揾工，但好難揾，之後就有咗ＢＢ，就冇再揾啦，我覺得讀完書冇再做嘢，好waste咁，都想返香港揾工，但始終老公唔係ＨＫ人，如果分隔兩地唔係咁好。

而家等兩個小朋友入ＰＲＥＰ後，就唸住出番嚟做嘢，所以咪唸住揾d course讀，我對bakery有興趣，第日可以係伊方面發展。我係讀Accounting and Finance,　但我覺得會難揾工。

你伊家學整餅嗰個course, 我係中文報紙都睇到，我都想學，但伊家架車叻咗去修理，話要成一個月後之攞得番。唔知會唔會有插班呢。你可以幫我問吓嗎，或者何時再有新班。

I hope the weather on 3/11 will be fine and sunny, no rain at all. so we all can enjoy the party. This is my first time to host a big party in my house, hope everything will be fine and runs smooth.

又一個風和日麗,陽光普照的日子,希望３／１１的天氣同今日一樣啦！

Christi, Vicki,
我只係過咗嚟二年,好多野都仲係度適應中。由在職媽媽變咗全職,好多野都唔同咗,而且係呢度的朋友唔多。雖然好享受同囝囝相處的時間,不過話晒閒咗兩年啦,所以都計劃近囝囝入PREP之後點好！
我係香港教幼稚園的,都有諗過係度讀返child care, 不過都要等個囝再大少少先, 因為冇屋企人幫我睇住小朋友！暫時會去讀好Ｄ英文先，同埋上嚟同大家傾吓計咁啦！

係呀,要等成個月,冇車真係好唔方便,我會每星期一次到Boxhill shopping架,但而家要等架車整好番先去得.

上個星期五,我係接我兩個小朋友由child care返屋企,我由後退車既時候,都唔知係咪盲咗,睇唔到個letter box,咪撞埋去囉,車尾撞花咗,連child care 既letter box都撞爛埋,好彩有買全保,咪去claim保險囉.

通常都係一個星期左右囉返架車,但係保險公司話,唔係撞花咁少,車呔既suspension都要整,重有架車之前都撞過(我hubby酒後駕駛)
,airbags要換,但我哋冇換,因為要成$4000,(我哋自己要比,因為酒後駕駛冇得保),咁我哋咪唸住第日有secondhand先換囉.

但今次claim保險,保險公司話幫我哋換埋airbags, free of chargee. 我哋問點解,佢話因為安全既關係,所以要換. 我hubby好開心,話save番$4000. 所以咪要成個月囉.

我覺得AMMI既服務好好,好過RACV.

Hi Viki,

How's the Baby Expo? Have you had a nice day there? We may go there tomorrow after going to the toys library nearby. We'll see what the library has first, then see what toys to buy for my son in the Expo.

This wed, I've brought baby to sit a music class in the community center. It's good and funny although my baby just interested in biting the bells instead of shaking it in the music. :lol: And I need to do homework too as I have no idea of what the songs are when everyone are singing happily. There's a song book for us to take home after the class.... .

Hey Viki, I see from your post that you have license in real estate. Can I ask if it requires very good spoken english? ... Last time before we returned the house to landlord, the agent brought some people into our house for inspection WITHOUT letting us know beforehand ( she knew that we've moved to the new address a week before the return due date ). My husband was shocked to see her and some strangers in the house when he went back to do cleaning .... ?-( I guess she's done some violation to the rules? ...But we won't complain her as we've got all the bond back. haha. Don't want any more trouble lu ...
