I have been in Melbourne over 16 years. I live to many different suburb and the best for people from Hong Kong is Glen Waverley or Balwyn North. The Glen Waverley Shopping Centre is expanding right now. Many good public schools, catholic schools and also private schools close by such as Glen Waverley High, PLC, WCC, HuntingTower etc. You don't have to speak English in this suburb and it is good for elder people. For example, my parent can buy fruit, food and also have lunch and dinner by themselves.
The property in Glen Waverley is expensive due to high demand from people who migrate from China and also Hong Kong. You can get a living house in Glen waverley from $1.4M and Balwyn North is over $2M
Anyone want to live in Glen Waverley, please PM me.
My friend got a land(656 sqm) with 2 houses(3 bedrooms and 1 bedroom) in Glen Waverley consider to sell. They need to rent back for around one and half year.
