I may give up the first application (point system), partly because my own school is in HK side, and partly 20 points also has no gurantee. Or maybe I will still join first round, picking a government school, waiting for luck.

easymum's calculation is correct, but you have to take care of the religious factor. Some schools may recognize your religion while some may not. SO your mark is from 15-20.
some private schools requires you to sign an agreement that you will give up the lucky draw, e.g., Mung Sung, Pui Ching (the latter as suggested by other mums); and some allow you to join the lucky draw before confirming whether you will take the place, e.g., Causeway Bay's St. Paul Covent. But for direct subsized school, once taking the place no chance for lucky draw.
