各位,

我飛果日見到好多電視台記者影住我地check in, 我好驚上左電視... 我諗應該冇上到既.

同埋去左美國咁多日, 完全adjust 唔到果邊d 時間, 夜晚訓到 1am 就醒左眼光光啦, afternoon nap 又唔係日日都有得訓. 而加對眼超級熊貓.

prof 1.5 hrs 既hatha 有做sun salutation 呀? 1 hr 果個冇架. 辛唔辛苦?

另外, 係咪要借mat 呀? 我張mat 真係開過一次咁大把咋.... 成日都捲住一碌咁. 所以如果你拎去用, 你會發現捲出黎之後, 張mat 會自動捲返埋...

my3/4 VS pant, too loose in waist. i need to fold it down again for one more layer lor! but it's still very nice ar! i got thick thighs & big butt. if i buy pants that fit my waist, then my lower part would be very tight. if i buy pants that fit my lower part, my waist would be loose. So actually i seldom buy lycri pants, hehee

i have long & good-shaped waist BUT my lower part is strong & short ar! it's family genetic. take photo to me? only upper part, can cheat people i am slim & tall ga!

next time i shld choose xs.
but i got a very large flat butt, large area ga bor....

how tall are u ar? i think u r very tiny. but men this this kinds ar! hehehe!!!

i am 152cm, 101 lbs, 睇落真係好瘦架, 但由胃至上腹至中腹至小腹係完全唔合比例的, 好多人都唔信我睇落咁瘦有27吋腰...
