Ever since the announcement about suspension of levy , I had been very very busy. My business had not benefited from this but only to handle even more queries and clarifications to my clients. I want to fire my existing bun bun because she always absent minded, emotional and impolite. Now I hv to make choice between the following 2, kindly provide advice :
1. Age 43, 10 yrs experience in HK, married with 3 kids, age 21, 18 and 15 respectively. Quite good in English.
2. Age 30, 6 yrs in UAE and Saudi, single.
My baby girl is 2 yrs old and very active. I know the younger the bun bun the better. But I m afraid the 2nd one is not that stable and I have to train her again sine she has no HK experience.
I'll directly hire a Filipino maid who is terminated by employer and is serving 1 month notice until 30 Sep. She said that she will go to Consulate after the end of current employment, i.e. 2 Oct. As I want her to start her job urgently, I think 2 Oct is too late to start the whole application process.
(1) I want to know whether I can go to Consulate to notarize the contracts in early Sep (before the end of her current employment)?
(2) She said that she will go to Consulate on 2 Oct. What will she need to do on that day? Is it unrelated to me? Can I still start my application to Consulate early Sep?
(3) I read from Consulate's web site that airplane ticket is required to submit to Consulate. Is that a must? The maid said that I can buy the ticket after Immigration Department issues her visa. Which one is correct?
(4) According to Consulate's web site, which category should I fall into? Direct Hire? Individual processing under Contract Verification? I'm confused.
