有朋友老公放奶粉樣品放上網拍賣, 都賣到$100-200罐.

我同老公講佢咁得閑去留意價目+交收, 不如陪下個老婆+捐咗佢積下得.

上次睇書話蛙式會令腰部加重負荷,最好自由式或者背泳呀!

想問問大家依家用緊乜嘢睡姿瞓覺呢? 我睇書話側睡會好d, 我未有b之前都係慣咗側睡, 但係唔知點解依家覺得仰睡舒服d??

側睡好d 呀... 仰睡bb會壓住腰骨.. 會增加腰骨痛ka..
