I did not write but call them up. They said the applications would leave in the waiting list until we ask them to delete it. But other than that, nothing we could do but just wait.. they also mentioned that their principal would pick the applications randomly wow.. when places are available..

Anyway, somebody told me I need to have some "recommendation letters" in order to make the application successful.. thought of Joyce's school teacher & principal in nursery but not sure if that makes any difference now..

BTW, is that ESF only have 2 yrs kinder and then proceed to primary ? If outsider like us want to apply for the primary, do we need to apply at K2 or K3 ah ? Just curious and don't think application to primary would be that easy law !

ESF小學收生標準如下兩個category, 所以好多家長好似我咁揀讀ESF kinder, 係為左有priority入小學~
同埋頭先問左人, 國際學校應該無concept of 大女/細女架, 所以妳來年佢地未必比恩恩讀K1, 係照插班K2~ 所以妳而家都唔好等咁多啦, 答個條友都係官僚口吻, 妳最好寫封誠懇既求位信, 啦:-P

Category One

Children who speak English as a first or alternative language but do not speak Cantonese and/or read and write Chinese characters.

Category Two

Children who can access the local system but who also meet ESF's entrance requirements.

Within each category priority will be given to students who:

are siblings of children already attending an ESF school;
are attending an ESF Educational Services Ltd Kindergarten (for Year One only);
are former students returning from a period overseas;
have a parent who is a full-time employee of ESF;
are the children of former ESF students.
