oh. sounds like you have the very very mild form of asthma. any recent change in environment? any increase in nasal secretion ("nose water")? take care.

So big wok! No environment change nor nasal secretion . I have an air filer (cleaner) at home but I have't opened it. Should I use it tonight? By the way, my thorat is very itching this morning. I have been coughing every 10 - 15 mins. Whenever I drink water/liquid, I feel better.

呢個牌子唔得,你試下貝夫人或者有隻燕子嗰隻要含有燕窩成份嗰款,都幾好架!好過而家係咁咳啦!

not big wok geh. i think it is quite common in hk (?due to air pollution) but ppl is just not aware of it. it is similar to asthma in the sense that the airway is narrowed in response to stimuli/allergens. i usually have the problem after exercise or with cold air or after flu. different ppl react differently. chinese herbal medicine helps me much. not sure if it works for you. maybe you can consult properly trained herbalist.

阿唔钟意吃糊仔，只吃0。25碗。
钟意吃粥仔，可吃>0。5碗。
ok钟意吃婴儿菜，但只是间中有得吃。
日日吃生果如萍果（不煮，磨茸），香蕉（刮外围），啤梨（不煮，磨茸），木瓜唔多钟意。
现在一餐糊仔一餐生果，但他不会吃到饱，每次要补奶。
吃生果又快D饿。
唔怕唔够营养，反而怕他学不会吃固体。他吃糊仔会“梅“，但吃生果好似照吞。
