My MSL is still doing fine and has become very smart (in good ways). Without my reminder she knows to change my boy's blanket to the winter one, dress him up more properly, cook the soup for the season.... etc. It's a blessing for having her assistance.
In my office a colleague told me that she just ended the contract w/ her maid who only gave her very average performance (sometimes even below standard). I questioned about how come she would allow her to finish the contract. Her boys are big enough and no need to be afraid about child abuse, in my opinion. Well, there are always quiet employers who had catalysed the production of average / bad maids, who are proud to announce to outside that they were able to finish contract.
This colleague had signed w/ another one, but that one had been found pregnant before coming, then had to find another one. She just let Agency to offer whosoever available without careful selection, ai...... Basically I think she should not complain at all if the new maid has got any problems after getting on board.
Quiet employers produced bad maids and cunning agencies, perhaps that is why this industry (introducing maids) is flourishing?
