唔好咁煩啦,或者你下次試o下將你d錢畫低記號或者抄低銀紙編號放o係當眼處黎"裝"o下佢,睇o下佢如果真係咁沙膽,咁你就有証有據啦!
仲有,如果佢暗示佢可以有左,咁你都可以暗示你可以炒佢gei,唔好比佢咁得戚!

All,

I have a question regarding maid. If they got pregnant during their contract, shall the employer fry her and sent her back or has to keep her and give them 10 weeks ML?

I have no maid but just curious.

cannot fire her if she is pregnant... they are protected by Labour Law like us!! You have to give her ML... of course the pay is depending on how long she has worked for you..

I think the maid is employed under HK contracts are also subjected to the same labor law of HK.

Hi Sams,

I did it 2 years ago. This is the last check up of the package.

You are correct, can't wear contact lens after the operation even short-sighted again ~~~ but I am too old to get short-sighted again!!

Besides, it is only recommandable for those who has a very steady short-sighted.. my left eye was 750 and right 775 - so really worth to do it!

I feel really convenient because I don't need to find my glasses if cheong cheong wake me up during late night!

After they got pregnant, they cannot do heavy housework and maybe we have to take care her tim. Very bad.

Just as Katie has said, they are protected by law like us.... and that's why most employers are very concern about the behaviours of their maids... especially those who showed you there will be high risk they may get pregnant during the contract... if so, you may have to take care of her instead...or you can fire her by compensating her the salary for the whole contract period ...
