Do you know is it all school in Surrey stopped until further notice? Did you ring the school this morning? I did , and it is not easy as the line engaged all the time.

Sigh... yes ar, but his temperature has back to normal after taking Calpol this morning. I've got cold for a few days already and have just asked my friend to bring over 2 boxes of 幸福傷風素 as stock!

yes, agreed with Zenia!! it's not really good idea to drive esp in nte time!! u know there were a BM
parked ouside our shop this morning, they told us they spent a night drive fm lon to my place and they gave up driving and walked home to sutton instead (which normally takes 20mins drive fm my place there..but dunno how long on foot!.)

i didnt call school today arh and about to go to school, luckily my fd called up and tsold me no school today, then couple mums called up as well (fm marcus's class but i dont know them, i think they are fm PA) , Val's school is better coz they informed me by email..

how could your hubby managed to drive back home last nite?? today the roads are much better but not sure tonight!

maybe he started go home from 7pm last night, it just started snow, so the road was not too bad.
This morning, the snow was too thick, so he couldn't drive and no bus and train service, so he could not go to work.
Just heard from News, all school in Surrey remain closed on Tuesday, an other extra day off for the kids, what will you do with them??

I have been checking my email at work and the uni website to see if they have any announcement re the opening, but nothing!

In the end, I left a message with a colleague saying my hubby is not happy to drive me to work. The evening manager called and I told him again the same thing AND the police warning to stay home unless it is a really necessary journey.

The extra evening off is over and now I have to worry about whether I can go into work tomorrow at 8. We didn't go out today and the car is all covered with snow and probably takes a long time to scrape and warm up...

o, that's good otherwise you must be v worried!
Yes another day off tomorrow and i recd the email saying until further notice.... hope remains normal on wed la! Hoba said we'll going to another 'ski resort'' tomorrow wor!!! Sigh....my whole body collapsed la... and i dont keen on this idea coz i worried we couldnt drive back home mah!! but he said not many chance hv such big snow wor and he talked to a customer and he said another park v nice wor.. let's see la...

nice??? he wants to play ja! i dont want to go gar coz really exhausted!! and do worry about the drive ...i prefer to walk around the playground near by and do hv snowy slopes la..but he always wants the best!!! he's big kid !!

I think your kids are lucky to have such a playful dad.
Ho Ba is right, you don't have this kind of snow every year, so go out and enjoy the snow la.so envy.....
my hubby has gone back to work la, don't understand why in this weather, the restaurant is still very very busy???? he has to get ready the new menu food for today.

Siu Wa 39C Still go to play in the snow?! Donovan wasn't feel very well last night, too. But this morning, no temperature but he still complains about tummy ache. I don't let him play outdoor today la.

kids went to garden to make snowman again!

We made 2 snowmans yesterday, one big and one slightly smaller. The small one is as tall as a kid and the big one is taller than the kids. This is the biggest snowman I had ever made!

My kids' school closed today on Tuesday as well. Don't know if it will open tomorrow? But it says the weather will remain like this for the week?!
My hubby tried to get to work but returned back home after he was stuck in the traffic jam. Then he returned home, he will see later in the day if the traffic has cleared or not?! u know, not get back to work, his boss will get angry! If anything happens, we have no rice to eat ga la!

Do u know u don't really need to buy 幸福傷風素 from HK. You can try Benylin 4 flu, the ingredients is more the less like 幸福傷風素. You can ask for it at the pharmacy counter in Boots.
If you go to China town, you can also buy 幸福傷風素 in China town as u live close to Central London.

We played in the garden and went down the path, there was a meadow with slope, it was all covered by snow, so we just played there. There were lots of kids sledding there already.
We didn't drive out as I felt so dangerous and scared!
