我工司政策, 要在預產期 3 個月前 apply for maternity leave. 當時我心大心細, 不知放前2 or 前3 or前4, 因我的 m 期是不準 (range from 35 –45 days 不等) 而勞工法例最少要放前2. 最後我apply 了前3, 因怕放前2頂不順 ("慢"一醫生不給病假), 前4又太早 (因估計醫生會給病假). 所以最後我就放了 around 4 weeks 有薪病假, then in week 37 放maternity leave. 而bb 就在我 start maternity leave 後第一天穿水, 開刀出世. 時間可講是 perfect, 因 can use all 10 weeks maternity leave to take care of babies.
Mcdull: 你話醫生 gave you sick leave starting from wk34, so was it for 3 weeks ??? 你d maternity leave又怎計呀???
當然想產後盡量多d時間take care孖b啦!!!!

Very practical advise on sick / maternity leave arrangement, many thanks !!! My doctor also mentioned that sick leave may also be granted to me around week 28, to prevent premature delivery

Try not to worry too much la !!! 初頭聽到其他孖B在icu滿身tubes的story都幾嚇人 ga !!! But I guess that's something we can't control !!!唯有盡量relax and try to eat and rest as much as possible la !!!
