no ah....different set of muscles wor, only surround mui mui and where you pee pee
try this at home, put your hand just above where you pee pee then contract the muscle,
if you feel the muscle tightening then you are doing it correct

yes i know, feeding 24/7 and then need to let out the poo poo, very hard work
i really respect the volunteer workers who foster cats until they are homed
i thought about doing it.... but no time, no space....
if i am wide tai tai i will definately do that.....
