really very sorry to hear that. i still remember her face in your online photo album. does she have insurance to cover the treatment cost? wish her cancer is the usually type which is not too bad in prognosis. is your husband just taking temporary leave? best wishes to your nanny and your family.

我用$10店既冰袋+冰種咋, 會唔會好唔pro? 不過我公司返屋企既travelling time 係 around 30 mins only, so far 好似okay gra

冰袋+冰種 is ok ga. but i like the small size and the cooling power of fridge-to-go as i need to travel 1+hour/journery to and from office.

btw, 花仔間育嬰院有一個小朋友 (1.5 - 2 years既大組)出水痘, 有4個小朋友+1個老師都infect左, 希望花仔冇事啦. 大組同細組唔同classroom, 不過朝早返學同下午放學就會一齊.

similar situation happened in little prince nursery few weeks ago (all the students were in K1 or K3). 10+ cases in 3 weeks.

i think the nursery has standard protocol to handle the case.

so, i will give varicella vaccine to little prince when he is 1 year old.
