Last Friday, did the test. Before knowing the high risk report, Dr. told us 80% is bb boy, to be frank, at that moment, really a bit happy.
However, after an hr, knowing the report of high risk of getting Downs, really pay no attention on the gender lu!!
Even now, last night's call from WALS, double confirmed it is a boy, hubby and I also have no feeling at all. I asked how did he feel, he said may be will happy when bb 健健康康出左世 la.
yes. i am planned to have . . . so any mom want to have next bb boy (e.g. 3, hello, bbchiu, tungma, yuma, vvbb, cocobb, rabbit ..... ) I may give you some so-called hints on what I did. :wink:

I agree with Puppy & Rabbit's advise. As you need to pay her the salary, just make sure she can do the things as what you require her to do. Of course the maid will have advantages & disadvantes, at least yourself can accept lor.
Like your case, as I talked to you my previous experience, a few maid also "fly the aeroplane" to me when I confirm to employ them la, as they'll look for better employer. But for holidays, I think they should have that when you're ok too. Just like some maid, they can't have Sun for holiday, cos their employer need to work, so they should stick this rule lor. Just let her know when you can let her to have her holiday. Now, she's going to finished her contract with her existing employer, so should her existing employer paid for the ticket cost on her???My maid also tell me that she's finished contract with her existing boss, but she didn't back home for holiday. (but I guess her employer may pay her $$$ to compensate this, which I don't know la)
