my maid we (including hubby & mine' families) also treat her very well ga..
- like last night, my mom gave her a bonus for Christmas! (I already let my mom know no need, only Birthday & CNY is good enough)!
- when we out for dinner, she'll stay her room after 10pm!
- no need to look after heib in the mid-night...
I think you want her to treat you & your family good, 1st thing is you must treat her good! she can feel it! Same to puppy, you're the "lo suck yan", they're so smart/clever!

my hubby also teach me something.. for example :
you want her to be a tidy woman (keep the house & stuffs very cleaning), you may give her the new (bedsheet, quilt, pillow). Why?
- you let her know you prepare the new for her, because you're very "yim tsim" !
- she'll appreciate you do that for her!

last week (forget which day), I had a dream my 2nd baby was born, girl! then I talk to my hubby, he said, luckily it's a dream, he said even in a dream, I also want the 2nd baby is a girl.

I want to eat hairy crabs.... you know it's almost final call lu... if bmf can join, don't know she can make the cake or not...I'll ask my maid to prepare either congee or long soup!
& after lunch, go to playroom for kids to play. We can chat, then return home for tea again (kids go to afternoon nap)! or go to window shopping...
