How many minutes walk for u to the school? I just went to the supermarket, normally around 8-10 minutes walk. The path was become icy, I hated it so much, I was so scared when walking on it! When I walked half of the way, I really wanted to go home, I was thinking was it a must to go there??? But my home is running out of milk and bread, so they will have no breakfast tomorrow if I don't go!
I hated walking on the ice, luckily the school is not far from my home. The forecasts says next week weather still like this, I wonder will the ice/snow completely melted by then?

about 10 minutes walk to school, the road and the pavement are icy. I am so scare to walk on it too. but only me scare jar, kids have no problem at all. they even run and jump on it~i forgot how many times i had to stop them doing these.
from BBC web site, it says heavy snow again on next Monday. I am so fed up. Irene has a birthday party on Saturday, I am still think should I/Could I take her to the party. it is not far, about 8-10 mins drive, but has to drive through lots of corner.too scare!

What shoes did your kids wear on the way to school? Did they wear wellies? Do u think wellies is less slippery? I always saw people still walk very fast on ice except me! I am so scared! Do u think the ice will melt during weekend?
I am so fed up with the ice, too! But the weather forecasts keep changing everyday, so hopefully the weather will change by the weekend!

Last week when I had sore throat, I only took the honey once. Then the next day, I didn't feel any pain at all, so I didn't take the honey la.

not me,it is the children.

they wear wellies to school, then change to school shoes when they arrived. maybe it is the wellies make them walk better than me on the ice.

If kids, better give him another mug after school. My kids love it as it is so sweet. I think my kids got the virus , too as they need to clear their voice in the morning b4 they could speak. But they didn't complain about sore throat!

Of course they walk better than us, we are old la! Human body started to deteriate after the age 25 ga!!!! So sad about this fact!

I told you before when I worked in there, I wore the normal shoes and had a pair of things with "ding" hold under of the shoes.....

siuwa back to school today la but i m a bit worried she wl feel not well in school but she is definitely fine at home that's why i sent her school lor. O, i think mum didnt know she was that unwell.. when she came to my house, she told me her throat really really sore even coulnt swallow the lunch, then she told me she felt cold.. i fed her Carpol and i knew my kids wl catch the disease ga la...sigh.. so marcus told me his throat sore next day lor.. Actually i think Sacarlet fever nothing serious but i dont know they got a name?? But hv u heard a boy was died during the holiday in Malaysia?? i think he got similar virus...so i was a bit worried...but of course his case was extremely rare...

i think i got phobia arh.. when the kids ill or hurt i am so worried..and scared...! just like today when the phones rang, my heart beated v fast..so worried the school called up n telling me my kids not well arh... wl u mums the same to me??
