1. 熟手奶媽示範使用babysling手法及秘技 +
Safe breastfeeding methods/skills by using baby sling outdoor (如何公開場合以SLING餵奶)

2. 經驗奶媽分享 -

a. 如何增加奶量

b. Adjust breastfeeding after resumed work(pumping milk at office and stress management)
(返工後如何繼續哺乳,OFFICE泵奶及壓力處理)
c. Sharing the advantages of breastfeeding onwards for the mother and BB, such as health, parent-child relationship and convenience during travel with BB
(分享餵母乳對媽媽及BB的好處,如健康,親子關係及TRAVEL期間的便捷)
3. 分組分享: 奶爸如何支持奶媽(I think most 奶爸 prefer to follow wife & BB.
Hence 全職媽媽/工作媽媽 is enough. But we can invite some 奶爸 to share at the gathering. It is a very good education for new 奶爸. My husband may be willing to contribute some.....hehe!

4. Public Education (inviting some press or 母乳育嬰協會 for promotion of "支持餵哺母乳in HK"
P.S: Because it can advocates more HK mother-to-be choosing breastfeeding in future. Besides, it can facilitates breastfeeding climate in HK.
