I was going to sign 3 of them . 2 had made an effort to buy food and cooking tryout but 1 decides to go back to sign with her current employer , the other one was a good release ( recommend by her employer) but it turned out her employer decides not to add relocation on the release letter to the immigration because they need a male helper to serve his husband ( the rest of the family relocate) and wasted time and effort of me and her helper for cooking tryout
Third one, never replied my text nor even say no after I proposed to sign . She was so keen and ask so many questions on housework and wanted to sign

Now the one I am processing is not too smart , looks like a 'big head prawn ' but only 2 years in hk , hope she can learn fast under my training

For the annual leave, nowadays most of them request the same, even no pay plus 7 days paid( sometimes they bank yo the statutory holiday) to make it at least a 2 weeks and air tic on their own cost, I don't think this one suits you but in jot sin suen, only time to lose.
For Sunday hokiday, since she is seeing you today , that means she is on Friday holiday every week? You can offer Sundays but keep 1 for every month just in case you need to switch for your own option, better make it clear than promised all Sunday's, they won't switch for you no matter what
