我之前在 pure跟過5位印度老師上堂, 發覺佢地全部都係教印度古法瑜伽, 而家係 planet上堂, 除左 deva & samatha 未上過外, 全部都係教印度古法瑜伽

你可以係living 上印度老師既堂, 睇下佢地係咪教印度古法瑜伽

美式和古法既單一動作係一樣的, 分別在於美式重點在"每一個動作", 老師通常只會叫你要呼吸, hold 時間好短, 我感覺唔到有任何步驟, (除左 ashtanga & bikram) 只係老師隨意抽動作來做

古法重點在於整個人的呼吸, 集中力, 柔軟度和平衡, 每一堂每一個動作都有連貫性, 幾時吸氣, 幾時呼氣, 幾都閉氣都有步驟, hold 動作時間好長, (作用訓練意志力和鬆筋) 邊個動作做先, 邊個動作做後都有步驟, 好似 hatha 堂, 總共做21個動作, 7個企, 7個坐, 7個訓, 7個企當中有3個係訓練左或前, 3個係訓練右或後, 7個坐 和7個訓亦一樣, 每一個動作後一定跟一個counter pose

美式係將動作大致分陰和陽, yang & yin, hatha / power 就主要做 yang 訓練 strength, yin 堂就做 yin 訓練 flexibility

古法沒有 yin 的, 係將strength & flexiblity 在同一個動作入面訓練, 不是分開一堂strength, 一當flexibility, 要求你好用力做(strength) 和hold 好耐(flexibility)

rabbit 好鍾意上SAMRAT 老師既其中一個原因, 係因為呢個老師hold特別耐, 對訓練flexibility好有幫助, 我都係前兩日上佢的power, hold特別耐之原因下而做到臉100%貼住小腿....

period 期間本應唔應該做任何asana的, 若果不能完全唔做, 就唔好做 upside down 動作外, 還不要做 pranayama, 好用力呼吸的動作.....

agreed with jandt, hold a pose long time can improve your flexibility, that's why I will focus on some instructors, cos they can teach me how to increase my flexibility, I started my yoga life since April till now (4 mths)... my flex.. improved a lot!!!

Hi all
I am so happy that my lower back pain (I guess it was due to my bad sitting posture in the office) improved a lot after two weeks practise of yoga! It's amazing coz the pain was here with me for more than 3 months, I can't believe it can be cured for this short period! And I found my flexibilty improved, now my fingers can reach my ankles where I could only touch my feets in half month before. Very happy that I can see those improvement in this short period of time!

Anyone tried Hatha Proona? Is it difficult for beginner? Actually I think Hatha Yoga is already a little bit hard for me... I guess rabbit tried it before?! :lol:

samrat's power 堂好正呀, 我開始習慣到全堂唔洗用腦記住, 都自動用 ujjayi breathing, 同埋做side plank 時, 做第一邊時叫哂救命, 做第二邊時全力集中好用力的做 ujjayi breathing, 無叫救命啦....

我尋朝早上 satyanada時,開頭和結尾都可以自動用 ujjayi, 進步左好多....

咁我以後唔可以上完 hatha poorna 再連續上多一堂了...
