I do it every Mon regularly! not difficult, trust me!Honestly, it's not tough, from today, changed a little bit, do around 10 sets of sun salutation, then some postures.. try!

I am so happy that my lower back pain (I guess it was due to my bad sitting posture in the office) improved a lot after two weeks practise of yoga! It's amazing coz the pain was here with me for more than 3 months, I can't believe it can be cured for this short period! And I found my flexibilty improved, now my fingers can reach my ankles where I could only touch my feets in half month before. Very happy that I can see those improvement in this short period of time!

yes, similar to sun series & Sat, but more powful! cos slow & hold esp the individual postures... hold long time for each!! but I like it cos can correct your pose wor![quote]
