其實氣管敏感的, 係未好容易一咳就變'氣管炎'嫁 ? 佢都係食左小小糖咋, 就咳番, 最怕佢夜晚咳的了.

Dear Dr. Yonex,

May I ask why there is bad smell from my two- year-old daughter's month? This is not because of teeth problems as I think. The smell is ongoing for a couple of days even she brushes her teeth in the morning and at night.

At first, I thought it was due to the mushroom she ate. However, even she does not eat mushroom, the smell comes again. The smell seems to be arising from digestive problems, but I am not sure. I am afraid that it is due to the milk she drinks everyday. But I have not changed the milk she drinks.

Anyway, would you pls help me to understand why? And how to solve the problems? Thx.

Ans.: I agree, it's probably "problem" of digestive system. Is she open the bowel everyday. Try giving him more fluid + fruits and vegitable. Equally important is the bowel habit and regular exercise, which will improve gut movement also!
I am afraid that it is due to the milk she drinks everyday. But I have not changed the milk she drinks.
Ans.: No need to change it.

但營養師認為囡囡有增磅就無問題

請問吸這些藥會否有任何影響?
Ans.:不用担心. 影響不大.
囡囡食人奶(2歲才戒)但為什麼抵抗力咁差?
Ans.:可能唔食人奶更差! 所以你已經做得很好!

請問邊到有得買, 要唔要醫生referral 架, 搽幾多次呢一日, 唔該晒呀

另, wastons 既藥劑師介紹 "difflam mouth gel" 成份有 benzydamine hydrochloride 10mgg, cetylpyridinum chloride 1mgg, 掂唔掂呢

唔知亞女幾時先會叮一聲

Zyrtec solution 5MG/5ML (eat before sleep - 1.5ML)
Benadryl syr 10MG/5ML (3 times/day, 2ML each)
Chlorpheniramine syr 2MG/5ML (3 times/day, 2.5ML each)

總有兩隻 :
normal saline nose drops (3 times/day, 1 - 2 drops)
otrivin (ped) nasal drops 0.05% 10ML (take before sleep, 1 drop each)

另外..SLO-THEO 50MG的喘咳藥....如果淨係咳而無喘, 可否給阿仔吃呢 ? 有無類回醇嫁 ?
