BB有 birth certificate 已可 apply passport 架喇, 你係受權你媽咪 帶BB返HK嘛, birth certificate 係你嘅 info 行先.. make sure birth certificate info 冇誤 就ok 喇.. 記住帶 marriage certificate copy 喺 US 呀! very important, otherwise, BB 出世紙係唔會俾你加 BB daddy info 上去, plus BB 係跟你姓架..
My friend has conditional Green Card, because she got married with citizen. Her Green Card will be expired in coming September, but her husband wants to divorce with her. What can she do to keep her Green Card?? I hope you guys can help her and give her some advance.
If that's the case, she needs to proof that she was entered the marriage in good faith (not fake). There are quite a lot of information online regarding that. It also depends if her husbany abuse her, hit her etc. Those could be stronger case. Also, depends if her husband part with her peacefully and would like to help her or not. Like if there's immigration interview/appt, will he go with her (even if he will/already divorce her etc). Some couple divorce with bad relationship and the ex-husband try to ruin the chance for the ex-wife to get the green card. You can have your friend to download the I-751 application form from the USCIS website and read through it and see what's her situation. If she wants to make sure her case go through, she may contact an immigration lawer to apply the I-751 (petition for removal of conditions in her green card) for her.
Thanks!!! The most important thing is her husband doesn't want to help her to sign the I-751. Her company would like to sponsor her to apply the Green Card, but we think she doesn't have enought time to do so. My husband and I really don't want to see her to lose everything then go back to her hometown.

你朋友若on process apply 10年GC, 而老公提出離婚就可以預咗佢哋嘅關係極差, 佢老公有心唔俾佢攞GC, so, 唔好徒時間, as 佢公司肯sponser,就立刻入紙.. as even 佢舊 GC expired, if 佢係 on process apply for 新GC, 係可以合法留美, 放心!
