唔該晒當日幚我睇住我隻頑皮仔Justin d 爸爸同媽媽, thanks a lots!!!

我隻仔今日開始黎料, 唔食奶啦! 一早起身只係食左3oz, 跟著都係小小咁食, 仲食到好似我吓佢咁喊晒口. 就連糊仔都唔肯食, 平日食晒4oz, 今日一d都唔食. 真係無佢收! 可能真係出牙影響掛!

我又想問下各位媽媽, 同bb游水要買d物呀? 要買泳衣嗎? 只穿游水尿片ok嗎? 游水尿片可以係邊度買呀? 要買保暖衣嗎, 會唔會凍嫁? 又會唔會晒到黑晒呢? 好多問題, 唔好意思!

我都係剛剛有m黎, 我餵人奶到2個半月, 之前我都有問過醫生有無問題, 醫生話唔餵人奶4個月先有m都唔出奇喎, 所以我一直都無理佢.(其實係唔知點理) 如果再無醫生話先至可能要抽d血去check check喎. 你擔心就睇下醫生啦!

I did put sun block for my son even he only play on the roof top of the house, 水泡 is also a must and a big big 毛巾. As what cc said, you could buy swimming diaper at Watxxx / P'N. I didn't give him 保暖衣, but I put water on his foot and body before really go into the pool. Hope above info. could help.

Last week when I went to the gov't clinic, the nurse warned me don't give walker to bb wor, so better don't buy la.

BTW, are you planning to go swimming with your baby these few days?

I also wonderign whether I need to buy a swimming suit for Charlotte, but my husband said no need. As she will grow up very fast. I am still thinking.......

I will bring her to my friend's club house's swimming pool where there is only a few swimmers.

我果日掛住搞我個小Charmaine都無時間抱下Justin~

係咁等我講下我同小Charmaine 游水既經驗~
因為當日IceCrm 要番工.所以我事先搵左兩個幫手
就係小Charmaine既契爺同契爺女友(以下用gf 代替)
時間: 果日公眾泳池5pm洗池到6pm. 所以我6pm先去岩岩收左日頭~

事前我只係準備左物品如下:~
BB水泡(pump 好先唔好去到先pump)
新尿片一塊
長身和尚袍
大毛巾
Digital Camera (DC)
仲有"著拖鞋去"

事前:
所有人黎晒我屋企. o係我屋企所有人換定晒泳衣係入面. 包括BB. 去到一除就得喇嘛. 就可以留少d 時間o係泳池更衣室. 因為泳池更衣室比較凍.咁樣就可以減少BB冷親既機會.pump 好BB水泡先唔好去到先pump
~ 好準備好就可以出發

到泳池喇~!
事先Plan好左.我同契爺就帶BB. gf 就囉水泡同DC.
放好野入locker,著拖鞋(以防泳池"扇"腳) 就用大毛巾包好BB
因為出去泳池前要過水閘.

同gf 會合左就去BB池..我落左水覺得d 水都暖. 就膽粗粗咁放左BB 落水泡喇~因為公眾泳池好似係唔可以影相既, 所以.我一路都無同Flash.
around 20mins. 因為收左日頭. 有少少涼喇.
再加上BB扭計(可能因為無用游泳尿片,條片濕左勁重.同BB有d 眼訓)
咁就用大毛巾包好BB 走人.照舊 DC,水泡交晒比gf)

去到更衣室:
契爺幫BB除泳衣同沬乾身. 我就開Locker 同沬乾自己~
時間岩岩好. 我就即刻同BB換片同著衫.
長身和尚袍著得快d 咁就可以唔怕冷到BB喇~
(唔一定跟我用長身和尚袍的. 妳地著得最快果件就得咖喇)
跟住就我同契爺輪流抱住BB.換衫走人.
去到我屋企先沖身.

**多數公眾泳池係有家庭更衣室o既~ 所以唔洗怕爸爸/媽媽一個人係更衣室唔知點搞BB好
**能力許可既. 就最好抱BB喇. 因為游完水. 怕沬左都仲係有少少濕會冷到BB. 咁抱佢有Body Temperature就好d 喇
有工人就叫工人係泳池外面等.. 等工人抱BB囉~
**最好去買定游水尿片.. 因為普通尿片真係唔掂

小小既經驗, 希望對首次同BB去游水既爸爸媽媽有一定既幫助, 多謝閣下既留意~

All Mama, 其實帶BB去游水最緊要唔好怕煩，因為實在有太多野要帶。Totally agreed with David, 游水尿片一定要買，如果冇記錯應該係HK$25.00 3條，除Park's N Shop, Toy"R"us外，Mothercare都有得賣。如果大家想買泳衣，可以去灣仔太原街買，我買俾Cyrus個件都係30幾蚊，個度有好多檔仔都賣緊BB泳衣。如果係港島區，不妨去睇下。不過男仔就得好少款，女仔就多款揀好多。
